作者的觀點、態(tài)度題

作者往往并不直接表明自己對某一事物或觀點的態(tài)度和傾向，有時通過全文的敘述，有時可通過作者的用詞（尤其是形容詞和副詞），推斷作者的語氣。常見的提問方式有：

What is the author's opinion？

How does the author feel about……？

Which of the following can best describe the style of the

passage？

要做對這類題，必須做到正確理解作者真正的觀點，同時還要正確地推斷作者的語氣、態(tài)度，弄清作者寫這篇文章的目的是什么，作者的態(tài)度是肯定還是否定，以及文中的事實論據(jù)是否支持作者的論點等等。同時還必須體會作者的用詞和其他修飾手段，例如比喻和諷刺。在讀文章的時候要注意勾畫出表示作者態(tài)度的一些詞語，比如sure，satisfaction，magnanimous，還有一些帶有消極意義的詞，比如ruffled，stingy等。

The deliberate violation of constituted law （civil disobedience ）is never morally justified if the law being violated is not the prime target or focal point of the protest. While our government maintains the principle of the Constitution by providing methods for and protection of those engaged in individual or group dissent， the violation of law simply as a technique of demonstration constitutes rebellion.

Civil disobedience is by definition a violation of the law. The theory of civil disobedience recognizes that its actions， regardless of their justification， must be punished.
